Refund policy

Nature’s Fix subscriptions renew automatically at the delivery interval you select. Your first order may include bonus bottles at no charge and complimentary accessory gifts. On each renewal, the same total bottle quantity is charged at the regular subscription price per bottle, including bottles that were free in the first order. Complimentary accessory gifts are included with the first order only. Applicable shipping and taxes are additional. You may cancel at any time before your next scheduled charge through the Subscriptions section of your account or by contacting support@trynaturesfix.com. There is no requirement to complete a second subscription payment before canceling. Orders already processed remain subject to our refund policy.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@trynaturesfix.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In some cases you may have to pay for the return fee. this is decided based on where your order is being returned from.
